A series of high quality drill heads with 3 side-gliders in cemented tungsten carbide (hardmetall). Designed for Aluminium, and heavy interrupted cuts.
When the Carbide egde is worn down, customers can send the body back to SAPEG for refurbishing, where it gets a new edge and new side gliders.

Saw Blades for Aluminium
Fizeta is used by most of the big Aluminium Plants world wide. Fizeta's anti-noice blades gives better performance because of less vibration during the cutting process. The special quality of the carbide tips and the geometry, the saw blades are able to reach an extremely high number of cuts, maintaining an optimal surface finish of the cut material. Lubricant for sawing Aluminium
OPORTET from Kompressol-Oel Verkaufs GmbH is one of the top brands for cooling of the sawing process. The OPORTET HR18 is designed for non-ferrous metal and alloys and is used by several of the Aluminium-plants in Norway. The HR18 is fatty vegetable alcohol environmentally-friendly, hydrocarbon free, that gives the blade a long life. This lubricant evaporates completely, leaving no spot on the cut piece.
Biologically easily degradable, minimum quantity lubricant on a fatty alcohol base. OPORTET® - HR18 is suitable for all lighter forms of material removing and forming processes. Read more The EC-Safety Data Sheet can be downloaded here.
